HTTP 1.1: usually default offers 2 synchronous connections available to a server from a client browser, IE7 or IE6 Internet Explorer can only download 2 resources simultaneously.

When a menu is launched, approximately 20 static resources are downloaded (JavaScripts and images), while approximately 35-40 static resources are downloaded for a typical JDEdwards EnterpriseOne form.

Solution: Change default amount of connections to the server to 10. Rendering forms should improve.

Steps
Change the registry setting of current user, user must be logon using the Windows account on the workstations experiencing problems. Do not use an administrator account.

1. Open regedit.exe
